In Carson, California, a 6-month-old puppy was surrendered at the Carson Animal Care Center on Sunday because his owner didn’t have time to spend with him. The adorable puppy named Oliver is in need of a home. Could a puppy be any more adorable?

Why don’t people carefully consider the demands of having a dog before they purchase or adopt a pet?

  1. It always amazes me, this excuse is disgusting! What do they think this is a stuffed animal that won’t need to be fed, walked and paid attention to? Why do they get a dog if they “don’t have the time”? I pray this sweet pup will find a good home he certainly hasn’t been left in the safest environment.
