At the Harris County Animal Shelter, a five-month-old puppy still wags her tail, although no puppy should look like this. Her skin is raw with sores; Ava has a severe case of demodex mange. Who wants to help with her transformation?

“… She’s not feeling so great and doesn’t look so good either. Just look at her skin with scabs and sores all over her! …

She still has a sweet personality as she’s curious and that little tail keeps on wagging. Ava has demodex mange which is NOT contagious. She just needs meds, TLC and some medicated baths and this baby will be good as new!”
