A man in Denver, Colorado, claims that his ex-boyfriend beat his senior cat to death. As reported by KDVR News, Ryan Wamhoff recently found his 18-year-old cat Satine dead in a closet – her bones were broken and she had been home alone with a man that he had dated for a few weeks when she died.
The man facing charges for the cat’s death is identified as Izakk Reynolds. Reynolds has his own story about how Satine died…he claims that he fell on the senior cat and after she started to wheeze, he smothered her with a pillow to end her suffering.
Wamhoff is devastated by the loss of his feline companion – he told the news agency, “She wasn’t just a cat, she was my baby.”
The suspect is facing a felony charge of aggravated animal cruelty; he pleaded not guilty and is due in court on July 25.

For this man to commit such a barbaric act, my guess is it was not his first time nor likely to be his last. I wish we had the death penalty only for those who are cruel to animals. These people have no redeeming qualities.
Taking the cat to the veterinary hospital after an accident never occurred to this genius??? Pure Evil……. I think this POS is absolutely disgusting and headed to a reserved spot in Hell where he will burn forever for his cruelty…..
RIP Satine. I know that you are in Heaven. Precious treasure, Satine, your life mattered and you certainly did NOT deserve to be murdered……. I truly hope that you get justice for your murder.
