The dog dragged behind the car is being treated by a veterinarian for “extensive injuries.” Despite the severity of the injuries, the dog is expected to survive.

Arndt has stated that he forgot that he has secured the dog to his vehicle – he has already been released from custody and is due in court on July 15.

  1. This happened in MY neck of the woods and I will watching to see what these idiots around here do about it. “Forgot” is an ignorant excuse and I expect he will get more punishment from driving an unregistered vehicle than what he did to this poor dog!
