A small dachshund being dragged by the scruff of his neck by a man walking down the aisle of a grocery store has shocked viewers, and an investigation has been instituted to track down the owner.
According to the RSPCA (England and Wales, a shopper called the humane organization on February 15 at the Co-Op in Turpin Avenue, Romford, Essex. The video was then reviewed and has been released to the public for help in identifying the person carrying the dog.
The dog apparently didn’t want to walk down the aisle and flopped over to his side; that’s when the man picked the dog up by the scruff of his neck, picked up some drinks and walked to the checkout counter.
