On a day when the temperature soared into the 90s in Seminole, Florida, a man was seen dragging a small dog and allegedly refusing to let the dog have water. As reported by ABC Action News, police arrested 24-year-old Kevin Duggan on Wednesday afternoon – the man is facing a misdemeanor animal cruelty charge.
Police were initially called about the situation around 3 p.m. Deputies found the man, and his dog Molly, near the Seminole Community Library; it was 93 degrees at the time. The dog appeared to be suffering in the heat and was panting heavily – when the deputies offered to get water for Molly, Duggan refused, telling them that she didn’t need it because “she was from Jerusalem.”
An hour-and-a-half later, Duggan was found again – this time Molly was unable to stand and was she was still being dragged. Duggan accepted an offering of water for himself but allegedly did not provide any to his dog. Deputies arrested Dugan and he was taken to the Pinellas County Jail; there is no information about the whereabouts of Molly, reports WFLA News.

Well ::: I would have to Say::: WTF::: is with These Florida ” Say What” Deputy’s????? not taking Molly the first time when She was in Distress and needing water and this “Nit Wit” refused !!! Jerusalem!!! THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A PRETTY DAMN GOOD SIGN THAT THERE WERE ISSUES Instead they wait another hour and half… THEY SHOULD BE TRMINATED TOO!!!
