A grown man is accused of brutally killing his own mother’s dog in an act of rage over being denied a sexual hook-up with a woman. As reported by KSAT News, on October 24, 39-year-old James Garcia allegedly hurled his mother’s dog, Roxy, into the ground with enough force that the dog’s heart ruptured.
In the arrest affadavit, the police state that Garcia was, “refused permission for a woman to enter her home in order for (Garcia) to have sex in his bedroom.” The man had lived on and off at his mother’s San Antonio, Texas, home for years.
After being thrown to the ground, Roxy was rushed to a veterinarian, but she could not be saved. The veterinarian stated that the heart had ruptured and the dog bled to death as a result. Garcia later apologized for his actions, stating that he “didn’t like hurting the dog.”
Garcia was taken to the Bexar County Jail on animal cruelty charges.

He didn’t “like” hurting the dog? Then why in God’s name did he do it? It’s time his mother cuts him loose, a good deed never goes unpunished and now her precious dog is dead. I’m betting she wishes she had never let him move in with her in the first place. Please put this POS away for good!

Put this guy away where he can all the sex he wants; he just won’t gert to choose who he has sex with. I’m pretty sure that there are plenty of “good ole boys” in Huntsville who can keep him busy. Before he is released, cut his balls off and then having sex won’t be a problem for him anymore. As for his mother, while he “away” throw all of his belonging out in the garbage (where he belongs) so that when he is released (about the time he is ready for Medicare), he can start “fresh” with his new life.
I would have been LOCKED AND LOADED, and the dog would still be alive!
