Too bad shelters in overcrowded places can’t or don’t connect with shelters in other parts of this country where many of them have a low count of adoptable dogs and could take more in. The dogs would win out and the shelters would be able to help keep those dogs alive. I know where I am in NY, there are two shelters that get dogs from southern states and Illinois, so shelters can network like this to get their dogs adopted.

TEXAS!!! we in the USA have several states alone the South East coast and the South itself that are Not selective in types of Neglect, Abuse, above and beyond what any Animal born in this Country of the “Land of the Free and Brave” should EVER have to endure. I don’t remember EVER seeing this much cruel and barbaric treatment When George Bush was Governor here.. What the Hell is the Problem down there in that State ( It can’t be the Illegals that are doing all this horrific , torture and hate-filled drug addicts doing this)!!! Gregg Abbott get your head out of YOUR POSTERIOR ::: there needs to be a task force, more rescue organizations, and shelters for our four legged residents too!!! YOUR State Needs to get Progressive and Aggressive in STOPPING the kind of hopelessness that POOR Flora is about to experience!!! WTF is wrong with U!!!
