The kittens need a foster home immediately. (Must live in Harris County) They cannot stay at the shelter.

“Who can foster (temporarily keep an animal in your home)? Email foster@phs.hctx.net if you live in Harris County OR comment below the video that you are willing to foster and people can connect you to a rescue that can help. When you foster, you help the shelter create more space in shelter which enables them to save more lives.”

Please share the plight of these neonatal kittens. There must be someone who can help? Sharing saves lives. Share with approved rescue organizations, family, friends and social media contacts. Be the voices for these little ones who haven’t had much of a chance to live.
