A badly neglected German shepherd, taken in as a stray at an animal control agency in Tampa, Florida, is in need of assistance. The dog, known as ID#A1990331, is in need of veterinary care for a slew of maladies.

A rescue advocate writes:

He has chronic dermatitis, otitis, dental disease/fractured teeth, and moderate-severe hip dysplasia. He has not been aggressive, but does not seem very well socialized. He was neutered today and had a thorough ear cleaning and the shelter has started medications.

This neglected boy is frightened and confused – and his body indicates that he may have never know the peace of being loved by a good owner. Will you take a moment to lend him a hand?
