Dog with cancer is alone at shelter
Spread the love

A seven-year-old dog named Hepburn was recently diagnosed with cancer…but the homeless dog is stuck at a Florida animal shelter with no family to care for him. A social media post has been made on Hepburn’s behalf:

Meet Hepburn. A wonderful and happy dog who greets everyone he meets. He has a great personality but we noticed he has a lump on the back of his leg. He was recently taken to a vet and they found out he has CANCER. It’s very sad for this gorgeous dog but now he is looking for a hospice home, foster or a rescue that can help him find that.

According to the Friends of Broward County Animals, Hepburn is getting “more quiet,” and spending more time sleeping in his lonely kennel run at the Broward County Animal Care and Adoption Division – Ft. Lauderdale facility, where he has been held since April.

Helping Hepburn

Hepburn longs for love, but he is stuck in a kennel run with no home or family of his home. Please help him out by sharing this article! Hepburn should be resting on a comfy bed and showered with love – not sitting alone in the shelter.
