In Boston, a heartless person abandoned a cat in the freezing weather in Sullivan Square on Monday . The soaking wet cat was discovered huddled inside of a carrier that had been “shoved” under a bench at a bus stop.
According to Boston25News, the Good Samaritan who found the cat, said the carrier had been soaked from melting snow and the frigid temperatures. Inside of the carrier was a blanket, toys and some food.
The Animal Rescue League of Boston is asking for the public’s help tracking down the person who did this. The cat has since been named Marlee and is expected to be made available for adoption in the next few weeks. She has no microchip, but was wearing a collar, and despite the traumatic experience, remains sweet and friendly.
Anyone with information about the incident is urged to call ARL Law Enforcement at 617-426-9170 or email [email protected].
Help Marlee find some justice.

Finally safe
The cutest!
If they went so far as to provide food, toys, a blanket, why not just take the cat to a shelter and say you found it. Pay whatever it is to dump your cat but have the morals to do the right thing.
That is about as heartless as one can get! Too cheap or lazy to take the poor thing to the shelter? Such a pretty cat, I hope she finds loving home, she certainly didn’t come from one!
Any cameras around this bus stop?!! Find this jerk!
It’s that “brain eating” disease!
You’re right, there seems to be an epidemic of it.
