In a heartbreaking update for the missing disabled dog named Zorra, who was inside of a rental vehicle when it was stolen late last week was found on Monday. Zorra was dead.
According to the animal rescue group, 100+ Abandoned Dogs of Everglades, the body of the 13-year-old female husky-shepherd mix was found Monday when the car was found in a Lauderdale Lakes. The cause of her death has not been released.
The Broward Sheriff’s Office confirmed Zorra’s body was discovered.

Wanda Ferrari had owned Zarra for 13 years. She had rented a car after her own vehicle was at the repair shot. She had driven the 2005 S70 blue Volvo station wagon to the Dollar Store shopping area on North Andrews Avenue and ran inside a store to get ice. Within minutes, someone stole her car – Zarra had been in the backseat.
The dog’s back legs were paralyzed and she had a specially designed wheelchair for mobility. A $3,000 reward had been offered for her safe return.
Rest in peace Zorra.

This is SIMPLY a VERY BAD ENDING for A BEAUTIFUL DOG that MADE THE VERY BEST OF HER LIFE AND HAD TO DIE SUCH A HORRIFIC DEATH!!! THE EVIL EVIL BEINGS THAT TOOK THE CAR COULD HAVE LET HER OUT IN A SAFE AREA AND WENT ON THEIR WAY WITH THE CAR!!! KARMA! KARMA! WILL CATCH UP TO THEM !!!!!

How I prayed she would be found safe and sound! To whoever did this, I hope you rot in Hell and even that will be too good for you. My sincere condolences to Wanda Ferrari for her loss of Zarra, I can only imagine the heartbreak she feels for her loss of her beautiful girl.
