Don’t blame Georgie for being scared and unsocial. The nine-pound Schnauzer is 13-years-old and can’t figure out why he is at a such a noisy place, locked in a cage and everywhere he looks – all he sees are strangers. Dogs do best with a schedule. Dogs do best with their own families, but Georgie is likely to be euthanized on Saturday at the end of the day because he has neither a family nor anyone who wants to foster him.
