At the Buffalo Bar in Bournemouth, a coastal town along southeast England, a downright cruel act against a black dog was captured on closed circuit television showing a thug punching a dog in the the head, grabbing him by the throat and then dragging him away.
According to the Express, the disturbing situation occurred in April, and police and the RSPCA are asking the public to help identify the man responsible for the alleged animal abuse.
“The footage of this incident is very disturbing and we have made attempts to identify this man, however these have so far been unsuccessful,” stated PC Emily Watkins of the Dorset Police.
The manager of the pub contacted the police after a staff member complained about a customer hitting a dog. The thug, thought to be in his 20s, was wearing a blue hoodie, jeans and a blue Nike hat at the time. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Dorset Police.
