Don’t give up Lilo! Shaking little dog won’t get up

At the Harris County Animal Shelter, Lilo shakes in her kennel enclosure. She is very depressed and needs to find a foster home or better yet – a real home where she can properly decompress and discover humans can be kind.

A volunteer tells Lilo’s sad story:

“… Lilo is a gentle soul who can’t handle the crazy shelter environment. She’s shaking and won’t get off the floor. Lilo cam in with a friend (Stitch A545310), but since neither is fixed, they can’t be kenneled together. Lilo is 2 years old and heartworm negative. She was picked up with her friend in zipcode 77082 and needs to get to a better place.”
