Dog abandoned in trash bag

Dog placed into trash bag and abandoned on the street

Someone placed an injured dog in a trash bag and abandoned him on the street in Mount Healthy, Ohio. The disturbing discovery was made around noon on Tuesday – according to Local 12 News, the dog was found along Werner Avenue.

The abandoned and injured dog has been taken in for veterinary care. The SPCA Cincinnati is hopeful that someone will come forward with information about who the dog belongs to and/or who is responsible for the dog’s abandonment.
