In Bridgeville, a 43-year-old dog groomer was arrested on Tuesday after a video posted on social media showed the abuse and mistreatment of a dog at a local pet grooming facility.

According to WgmdNews, the Delaware Division of Public Health’s Office of Animal Welfare arrested James Lee Campbell.

Brittany King, another groomer at the shop present when the disturbing incident occurred, posted the surveillance video on social media. She had been grooming another dog when the abuse started.

Campbell had been preparing the dog, named Austin, for a bath and became angry when the dog’s nail started to bleed. He aggressively threw the dog into the bathing tub and subsequently grabbed the dog and took him over to the drying table. The dog panicked and jumped on the floor; Campbell pulled the dog’s leash and choked him.

  1. Seems to me that Jimmy needs to have his ass kicked, then grabbed by his feet and SLAMMED on to a table, then a rope put around HIS neck where he is also CHOKED until Jimmy is blind and deaf for life. We’ll see how many dogs he can do that to when he cannot see or hear. Don’t get mad at me, this is called “eye for an eye”.
