A disfigured pup, just one year of age, is urgently in need of help in Memphis, Tennessee. The dog, dubbed Smiley Boy, is located at the Memphis Animal Services facility, which lists him as “special needs.”
Smiley boy’s face indicates that he has suffered greatly in his short life – a portion of his snout is missing, indicative of being ripped away in a brutal manner.
Smiley Boy’s Petharbor biography reads:
This pet has special medical needs. He or she is available to one of our Pet Placement Partner 501c3 rescue groups, or to a public adopter who provides a letter from their veterinarian stating they understand and are prepared to treat the medical needs. To get a copy of this pet’s medical notes emailed to you, please email [email protected] with the pet’s ID number and ask to receive a copy of the medical notes.
