A confiscated dog, taken from a cruelty situation, is clearly neglected and urgently in need of help. Her name is Lucy and she is believed to be three years of age.

Lucy’s breed is not listed – her hair loss and overall dismal state of health make determining her breed nearly impossible, though she appears to possibly be a shepherd. Lucy is at Tennessee’s Memphis Animal Services facility and she could use some help to find a rescue group to take her in and get her the help that she desperately needs.

The Facebook page, Critical Memphis Animals, states that Lucy has been put on the list of dogs who “urgently” need to be saved:

Transfer fees will be waived for a PPP.
