In the City of San Bernardino, Chu Cho had the worst day of his life. The eight-year-old friendly terrier was surrendered by his owner to the shelter. All of his life, Chu Cho lived with his family; now the landlord said he must go.

“This is what your dog looks like the day after you surrender him. Chu Cho was the happiest guy when he had a family and a home. Now that he’s in a kennel all alone, he’s lost his spirit…” posted animal advocate Lois Chisholm.
