Authorities in El Paso, Texas, are searching for whoever dumped a dead, skinned dog into a dumpster. As reported by KTSM News, a man was observed discarding a white plastic trash bag into a dumpster between Albertson’s and Sally’s Beauty Supply off of Redd Road and N. Desert Boulevard on the evening of September 25.
A witness could see a dog’s feet protruding from the plastic bag – inside of the bag was a deceased, skinned dog.

The witness describes the suspect as a man who was driving a newer model Ford F-150 truck – he was wearing a black shirt at the time. Anyone with information is asked to reach out to the El Paso Police Department at 915-832-4400.
