An ailing puppy, just three months of age, is urgently in need of medical help – her name is Ellby and she is being held at the Carson Animal Care Center in Gardena, California. On Thursday afternoon, Saving Carson Shelter Dogs wrote:
She has been slowly deteriorating since arrival and now refuses to lift head or neck, refuses to stand, very painful all over and dripping urine. It appears she may have AA Subluxation (a dislocation of her neck vertebra).
Ellby, a Maltese, has been at the shelter since April 23 and she is doing poorly…because of her poor state of health, she is listed as “rescue only.” Ellby needs to be rescued as soon as possible – by day’s end if possible! You can help find a rescue agency by sharing this article with her adoption information!
