Advocates have sounded the alarm for a young “death row dog” at a crowded California animal control agency. The volunteer-run Facebook page, Saving Riverside Shelter Dogs, has issued plea after plea for the three-year-old dog dubbed Landon.
This weekend, the plea posted on Landon’s behalf reads:
‼️LAST CALL! ‼️LANDON is scheduled for EUTHANASIA per Riverside Shelter’s Official Webpage. He can be euthanized as early as 7/26/19. Please contact the rescue coordinators at the info below if you can save . We may be his last hope. Please share everywhere! 💔

On Sunday morning, the page issued one last call for help for the doomed dog:
