A 14-year-old blind dog is in need of a helping hand if she is to leave a busy California animal control agency alive. The elderly dog, Streyita, has been at the Los Angeles Animal Services – East Valley Shelter since October 11 and she needs assistance to find a rescue group to take her in, or an adopter to love her for the remainder of her life.
On Thursday, the Networking Now Facebook page created a post on Streyita’s behalf, writing:
Blind, 8 lb, 14yr old Streyita finds herself in a very scary place. She’s locked in medical in a noisy shelter, full of unknown smells that scare her, but she can’t see what they are. In addition to being blind, Streyita has a golf ball sized mammary mass. She needs us to help her, and we need you.
Will you please help this senior dog by sharing her adoption information? Networking saves lives!
