At the Carson Animal Care Center, an eight-year-old purebred Mastiff sadly stares out of her kennel cage as if to say, “What did I do wrong?” Years of neglect and most likely used as nothing more than a breeding machine, Lucy desperately needs to be rescued.
“Look at this poor mama bear. She’s clearly been used as a puppy mill factory and it’s a miracle she’s lived this long. Please adopt, this is what your breeders do when the dogs no longer produce money for them,” began Lucy’s heartbreaking description on her call for adoption and rescue page.

Apparently Lucy’s cherry eye has been left untreated. What did this poor girl do to deserve this kind of treatment? Please share her plight with approved rescue organizations, friends, family and social media. Sharing saves lives.
