A “twisted human” wired a dog’s mouth and legs together before throwing him from a moving car. The dog, dubbed Handsome Henry, suffered a broken jaw, and was found to have skin, eye and ear infections.
On Wednesday, the Chesterfield County, SC, Animal Services facility alerted Facebook followers to the animal cruelty case:
I am personally (Rebecca) offering a reward for the conviction of the twisted human(s) that wired this dogs mouth shut and wired his legs together and tossed him out of a car tonight. Thank goodness someone was behind these human(s) and seen “something “ go out the window and when they got closer realized it was an animal and stopped and called 911. Really takes someone soulless to do an evil act such as this!!

Subhuman, if you didn’t want the dog, why not just take it to the shelter and say you found it wandering on the road instead of torturing the animal to dump him? Thankfully someone was behind these scum and rescued this dog. Hope they find who did this and put them away for a long time.

OMG, if not for the good people who stopped and got this pup, he would have died a horrible death – not being able to walk and even if he could scoot himself around to find food/water, he couldn’t have eaten.
