In San Antonio, Texas a six-year-old dog sits on death row at a crowded shelter. Emaciated and neglected, animal advocates are asking readers to share Tiger’s plight.  On Thursday evening, a volunteer tearfully shared his story:

“Tiger was either owner surrendered or confiscated and from his ‘intake’ picture, it’s apparent that he’s emaciated/neglected and he could be euthanized/killed tomorrow because he was either owner surrendered or confiscated – he will not count against the ‘live release rate.’ His LIFE MATTERS.”
