A sweet, snaggletooth stray is in search of a new lap to snuggle on. Ten-year-old Chuck is being held at the Baldwin Park animal shelter in California – he has been cared for by shelter staff since May 31.

Personality notes about Chuck

United Hope for Animals writes:

“He’s a super sweet, mellow senior Miniature Poodle with an adorable face and a snuggly body!  He LOVES to be cuddled, but walks very well on leash, too! Chuck is a very sweet and mellow guy. He has the most adorable snaggle teeth with large, bright eyes. He’s non-reactive to other dogs and prefers to be carried around which makes him an ideal lapdog.

Who would be perfect for Chuck to love?

Most anyone! Chuck’s age, and adoration of snuggling might make him a perfect fit for a senior…or anyone else who wants to cuddle up with a small-sized pooch.

How can you help this senior?

Network, network, network! What does that mean? Simply said, share Chuck’s adoption information (this article!!) on your social media pages…Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and even Pinterest. The more eyes on Chuck, the better his odds of finding a loving new home.
