Sweet little Mimi showed up as a stray on January 7 and arrived at the Carson Animal Care Center in Gardena, California wearing her pink sweater, but no one knows why she didn’t have any collar or identification. Surely, her family must be looking for her? Sadly, this four-year-old Maltese is very sad and even more confused.

Check out her video here:

Mimi’s Facebook page can be followed here. Following is her Pet Harbor identification which makes this frightened little pup special:

Hopefully a RESCUE (Frosted Faces) or another group will hurry up and get her out of Carson before she become ILL with parvo or something worse, the gas Chamber!!! this would be such an injustice!!

Shared on FB. She looks so sad and afraid. I can’t imagine someone abandoned this sweet girl. I hope a rescue would pull her to safety.

Maybe if Carson took the initiative and had Mimi’s face and sweater posted on a TV segment someone might recognize her – she deserves much better than to be stuck in a high kill shelter. Someone KNOWS who she is and where she belongs – and if this does not work, a rescue needs to step up – she is adorable and very adoptable. Don’t let Mimi perish in this high kill hell hole.
