An abandoned six-month-old brown and white puppy was very lucky after she clawed her way out of a plastic bag and hid under a couple’s car in Newport Beach, Virginia. It is likely, after she clawed and wiggled free, the scared puppy had been hiding under cars for awhile.

According to Fur-Ever Home Rescue‘s president and co-founder of the organization, Kelly Martin, the puppy had been tied into a large Dollar General bag and was able to escape. When discovered, she was

“filthy and covered in motor oil… We think she was tied into it with her head out,” Kelly stated and added that when found the plastic bag was still around her neck.

On Friday, the rescue updated the puppy’s prognosis on their Facebook page. Although she is malnourished, she is expected to make a full recovery.

“Thank you all for your interest in the pretty little pittie pup found yesterday morning. She is safe in a foster home, has been reported to Animal Control and currently on a mandatory stray hold in accordance with current law.

She is about 6 months old. We will be posting information on her progress. She is currently not available for adoption, and once her stray hold has expired, she has been spayed, current on all vaccinations and deemed healthy enough, she will be made available for adoption.”

Isn’t she adorable?

  1. Thank goodness there are some people who are observant and willing to speak up for animals in need of help, even if unable to help personally. Why so many more folks can’t decide the same is beyond me. Usually all it would take is a phone call or a Facebook post directed to the right organisation. How hard can it be? Very thankful this gorgeous little girl is now in the right place to get the help she needs to get her start in life.

  2. How difficult to take this pup to a shelter and say you found it wandering on the road? Disgusting vile people who just do stupid things like this. Glad she will be taken care of.

  3. Happy and sad at the same time. I do wish that the big money of pharma (and other connected industries) had not invaded everywhere. Even my veterinary books instruct not to vaccinate (inject known poisons which have never been proven to prevent disease) a dog who is emaciated, and therefore immunocompromised. It tends to make the “adverse effects” show up faster, and manifest more aggressively. I am currently treating (for hemangiosarcoma) a dog who was vaccinated while emaciated. People need to learn to connect the dots, and investigate the information which is purposely hidden from the public (by the aforementioned big money monopoly).

VACCINATIONS, CANCER & AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE, by Stephen …

“The incidence of cancer has shot up from around 5% when I started my career in the early 1970’s to 55% in the 21st century. My observation as a scientist and clinician is the reason for the increase in cancer and also the rise in auto immune disease in animals and people is due to vaccinations, drugs and chemicals.”

    • Well as a Registered RN of over twenty -five years… I Have to say You Most Certainly are WRONG!!! Small Pox, is one tiny example of life saving vaccinations… Good God !!! take us back to the 1500’s .. then we can Begin with Polio the has been completely wiped out since the 1950”s with proper vaccination… Back to the Future!! What the hell about Parvo, Distemper, Rabies!!!! Dah ding! dong! ding! dong!

      • You may want to read the research done by some of your peers in the medical field. The indoctrination into accepting vaccines as “life saving” began a long time ago, and was profit-motivated, not health motivated. In fact, my veterinarian admitted to me that what she was taught in medical school regarding vaccines was, in a nutshell, “They are good, and you will give them.”

It was not injections of cow pus that were responsible for taking smallpox out of developed countries.

I will include just a few resources, and hope you will read them. There’s a huge amount of information available outside the matrix which was constructed to keep us in the dark. I could fill pages and pages with so much more, but don’t have that luxury here. I have reams of links to animals contracting rabies (in the undeveloped countries) after being vaccinated for rabies, and some of the medical reports admit “vaccine induced” rabies.

And, as a rescuer, starting back in the early 70’s, I observed that when all other factors are equal (quality of food, water, and environment), the unvaccinated dogs always fared much better than the vaccinated ones. I wonder if you are aware that parvo is also a laboratory created virus.
