In Pasco County, Florida, an adorable little fox must be very grateful to his rescuers after a jar stuck on his head was finally removed. The little guy had been spotted wandering behind a Florida fire station on Tuesday, but no one could catch him. That’s when a local wildlife animal rescue team were called in for help.

According to the Facebook of the Pasco County Fire Rescue, Station 26 in Wesley Chapel sprung into action to rescue the little critter so he could rejoin his family. With the help of the animal rescue, humane traps were set and he was safely captured. Medical attention was administered and when the little guy was strong enough, he was released back to the wild. Rescuers named him Miracle – we can all see why, as the jar was carefully removed from his head and he bounced back to health.

The photos were shared on the Pasco County Fire Rescue’s Facebook page with the following heartwarming statement:

“Pasco Fire Rescue values every life, and will work hard to protect it.”

Don’t ever get discouraged – there are many angels out here helping those who can not speak.

  1. HUGE THANK YOU to the Florida wildlife rescue team who were diligent and made sure this little creature was trapped humanely and was helped – you saved a life. Now, it humans would be more responsible and stop dumping their trash where animal can get to it, this would not happen. Some people are so inconsiderate and selfish they just throw garbage out car windows and never think of anything other than themselves. But thanks to a caring fire station and wildlife rescue this little guy has been medically treated and released. Wake up – use a damn garbage can – the streets/roads are NOT your trash bin.

  2. This little fox looks so happy that this jar was removed from his head. We must be more careful with trash and disposing it where animals can’t get into it.
