A New Hampshire man faces numerous counts of felony reckless conduct, burglary and animal cruelty charges after he strangled a family dog on Wednesday afternoon – all the while being naked.

According to FoxNews, Irakoze Ildephone, 28 is suspected of having been high on drugs as he scaled a second floor home where he strangled a golden retriever. The dog was seriously injured, but is expected to recover. A woman and her mother had been home at the time. As the intruder kicked in the door, the residents fled and hid in their car after calling 911.

When officers arrived, Ildephone threw shards of glass from the door he had broken at police. Officers were able to enter the premises and used a taser on the suspect before arresting him and taking him into custody handcuffed.

Just days earlier, Ildephonse had been charged with disorderly conduct, criminal threatening, resisting arrest and attempted simple assault of a police office. His bail had been set at $1,000. On Thursday,  Judge Richard McNamara set Ildephone’s bail at $15,000 cash-only.

  1. AT the very Least the Honorable Judge McNamara had the foresight to see a mere thousand dollar bail was RIDICULOUS!!! This “NUT BALL ” is ABOVE BEYOND when it come to being allowed to Roam among Society At Large!!! Ever again!!! Why strangle a companion canine and prey upon two women that were not a threat to him… Let the “Black Lives Matter” Group make a realistic case as to Why this Bastard should ever be allowed to Walk the Streets of this Country Again!!

    • AMEN. We have to support his sorry ass for the duration of his jail time. Just shoot him and get it over with. He will never be of any use to society.

    • Too bad the victims didn’t have a gun. NH is a stand your ground state. If the police had shot him BLM would be protesting in a heartbeat, despite the fact he was naked, on drugs , strangled an innocent pet. Wish he would receive the death penalty! Wonder if he’s a US citizen. Can affect his case.

  2. I think bail needs to be set a lot higher in this country, judges take the easy way out. But then again, there aren’t enough jails to hold everybody! Let’s put people to work and build more!

  3. Is there a clue somewhere in here for the judge to see that he needs to restrict this guy to a jail cell for a very long time? the police do their job and the judges let them go. The judges aren’t working with police sometimes and that is so frustrating.

  4. I think what also makes me mad is when the resident ran out why didn’t they take their dog? that was wrong. They don’t deserve that dog

  5. I remember going through HELL trying to expose the fact that a police lieutenant had manually strangled a dog nearly to death. I found out about it after the fact (I worked at that department) and was amazed to learn that the members of his “Schutzhund and K9 training” club (where he mixes K9 “training” with also training civilians’ dogs) just stood there, and a guy who had been videotaping stopped the filming and put down the camera! The only reason a police report was filed is that the lieutenant got furious with a woman for talking about it with others afterwards, and he physically assaulted her, then filed a report against her for battery. That’s just the beginning. I won’t go into what the department further did to this woman, and what they did to me for trying to expose it.

The fact remains, K9s are hanged to unconsciousness as part of their training, so I suppose the club members were only slightly disturbed by a manual strangulation. What’s the big difference? The police report described the manual strangulation as a “correction method.” The dog was being “corrected’ for crying out in fear and then growling, because the lieutenant had hanged him before.

I found out before this all happened, by doing interviews and research, that this is not isolated to one handler or one department. This is THE RULE in K9 “training,” as set forth in their dog “training” bible, “The Koehler Method of Dog Training” which uses euphemistic terms to describe hanging, beating with a blunt object, kicking, and near-drowning as desired “training methods. Is it any wonder that many of the most sadistic individuals are drawn to it, and even abuse the dogs just for their own personal amusement? (And then say to the media, who helps them cover it up, that the dogs are their beloved partners.)

So, it must feel good to say what an insane bastard this guy is, HOWEVER, this same type of thing goes on behind the scenes in the military and paramilitary (police and sheriffs) K9 units all the time.

    • First of all, I’m glad this dog survived and is loved…may nothing like this ever happen again to anyone. Now, Sue, the silence about what you revealed here is deafening. People don’t want to believe it, they don’t want to even look into it, they’d rather just do the usual…whatever the mass media is selling them, they’ll buy it. Same with all the animal lovers who still eat animals or who believe in animal testing. Brainwashing at its finest. Very sad.

  6. THANK YOU Judge McNamara for your insight and raising the bail on this crackhead to a cash only $15,000. He is a huge danger to both humans and animals and needs to be put away for a long long time. I am truly thankful that the dog will recover – and that the woman and her mother were not harmed – this man is just another waste of space and needs to be sitting in prison for decades.

  7. As noted by some other people today, I wonder why the ladies didn’t take the dog with them to the car for safety. Possibly because the dog would bark and draw attention to them? Or maybe in the panic they just couldn’t get the dog to come with them. They should have, of course, but in a panic like that, people can do stupid things.
