Anthony Hardin, a military veteran and truck driver, is desperate to find his constant canine companion, Bruce, who broke out of his collar on Wednesday and bolted from outside of a hotel in East Knoxville, Tennessee. The year old English bulldog was last seen running from the Days Inn, across the Asheville Highway, reported Knox News.
On Friday, Hardin told Knox News:
“This is the first time he’s done this and he’s probably scared to death, wherever he is. It’s the longest he’s been without me too, and he has some separation anxiety.”
Hardin has been walking the area, searching for the dog who helps keep him calm and deal with PTSD – thus far, the searches have not been fruitful. Hardin is offering a $2,000 reward for the safe return of his dog – anyone with information is asked to call 270-227-6156.

Did you know that if you want to get updates from a Facebook page, you have to do more than just “like” it? To get recent postings in your Facebook feed, you must also hover your mouse over the word “following” and then click “see first” from the drop-down menu. You may want to check back with your favorite pages on occasion because Facebook often changes your settings, no longer having your favorites among those to “see first.”
