A homeless dog, once happy and calm, has lost hope – the seven-year-old mixed breed has been kenneled at the Riverside County Animal Control agency in California for nearly a month and it appears that she has given up. Earlier this month, the volunteer-run Facebook page, Saving Riverside Shelter Dogs, wrote:
11/10/18- LAYLA is EXTREMELY EXTREMELY kennel stressed. This once calm, girl is now very scared and stressed in the shelter environment. Please please keep sharing her. How she’s reacting lately will surely put her on the euthanasia list. STATUS RED
