In a heartbreaking story of extreme neglect, a four-month-old St. Bernard puppy had to be euthanized after he was found severely emaciated and suffering from seizures in Jacksonville, Florida.

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, the puppy and seven other dogs were seized by Animal Control after they were found living in inhumane conditions. Susann Seeber, 44, has been charged with eight counts of animal cruelty and eight counts of inhumane confinement involving the St. Bernard dogs and puppies. NewsJax4 reports Seeber had been arrested for driving a stolen vehicle and was later asked if she needed someone to help care for the dogs that had been living in the East Union Street warehouse with her.

A neighbor reported Seeber had been living with more than 20 dogs at one time. When Animal Control arrived, they found the eight dogs chained up with no food or water. One of the dogs had been bitten by a “spider” and his leg had been taped. The area was strewn with feces and urine. Seeber surrendered all of the dogs to Animal Control.

Seeber also has an outstanding animal cruelty warrant from Brazoria County, Texas along with other pending unrelated charges. She is currently being held in the Duval County Jail in lieu of $34,000 bond.

  1. Throw this scum of a so called human in a place where she can never talk to or have contact with anyone and never any animals.Torture her the way she tortured these dogs and pups, no food or water and we will see how she exists. Have the punishment fit the crime, not a slap on the wrist. Judges. put some bite into sentences for these subhuman things so that they can never hurt another animal again. They deserve exactly what they have given to these dogs.

  2. Where do these people come from?!!!
Sorry piece of human feces! Has warrant in TX too for animal abuse ! What could be the most traumatic thing to do to her?! I have lots of ideas… LOCK HER UPAND THROW AWAY THE KEY

    • Don’t wish that! She might like it!!!! Starve her ugly ass like she did to her dogs and puppies. They couldn’t tell her they were hungry. She probably ate their damn food! So in prison, let them pass her up….make her starve to death like she did to them. That’s revenge.

  3. Susann Seeber needs to pay dearly for her inhumane treatment that caused the death of a puppy. When will those that have the authority – judges – step up and give these bastards serious jail time. The little to no punishment only gives them the OK to continue their abuse of those that have no voice. If this was a child, she’d be charged with murder – I see no difference, it is cruelty of those who are innocent, defenseless and have no voice. This bitch needs a beat down she’ll never forget or recover from.

    • THIS BITCH NEEDS TO BE BEATEN AND STARVED TO DEATH. ANOTHER USELESS POS SCUMBAG THAT I WANT TO BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF. ROT WITH CANCER ASSHOLE.
