A man implicated in a brutal kangaroo attack, which included the animals being shot, punched and stabbed, has pleaded guilty to multiple animal cruelty charges. As reported by The West, 26-year-old Luke Kevin Dempster pleaded guilty to 12 charges resulting from the attack on two kangaroos in Australia.

The brutal attack

Video evidence, posted on social media, revealed that two kangaroos were brutally tortured in the vicious attack – the marsupials were shot, kicked, burned, punched, spat upon and stabbed. Implicated in the cruel incident were three men – including Dempster, Ricky Ian Swan, 28, and 26-year-old Ben Jaydon Malpuss. Griffin already pleaded guilty to the charges and Malpuss is expected to do the same.

Dempster will be sentenced for his part in the attacks later this month.
