Foster: Miniature poodle surrendered in taped up box with his head out

A three-year-old miniature poodle named Foster was surrendered by his owner in a taped up cardboard box; only the dog’s head stood out.  Confused and frightened, all he could do was look around and wonder what happened to him? The pup’s terrified little face describes his confusion.

Foster’s short video tells his heartbreaking story with the question “Who does this?”

“OPCA Shelter Network Alliance This is FOSTER’s intake photo. See below how he was surrendered to the shelter taped inside a box with only his head sticking out… now that is a TRUE disgrace!”

I agree. They should get the owner put him in the box with only his ass sticking out & shove a large prickly stick up it & then throw him in a cell. So tired of all of these mean selfish stupid people invading our world. Every single day.

Whoever surrendered this baby deserves to have their name on a National Registry for abuse. Make sure they are never to own, adopt, purchase or live in a home with a companion animal. There has to start being some repercussions for these monsters who dump their animals.

What is with these shelters who take in surrendered animals that have obviously been mistreated, abused, have wounds and do nothing to these maggot owners?? This is another example of a poor dog who was literally encased in a damn box and yet this shelter did nothing, said nothing, accepted this poor dog as is and allowed this piece of shit owner to prance out the door. That bastard would have pranced right into my fist.
