Family calls Animal Service to pick up their five-year-old no longer wanted Boxer

Roxy has a very sad story to tell. For five years the friendly Boxer lived with her family, but one day, they called Animal Services to pick her up. Roxy was loaded into a truck – away from the only home she had ever known. Her family gave no reason why Roxy was surrendered, and they never looked back or gave her a second thought. Roxy was so frightened. One month later, Roxy remains at Carson Animal Services. She is lost and confused:

“Why am I here and where is my family?,” Roxie wants so desperately to be told and understand.

This is not a family that did this to Roxie, but monsters who probably got her when she was a puppy and now have no time for her or find her annoying. Too lazy to take her to a shelter themselves and be honest about why they are giving her up. There should be a list of people who do this to animals so they can never own another pet again.

What is wrong with these so called people? You don’t just get rid of pet just because it gets old. They are part of your family. You wouldn’t take your grandmother to a nursing home and drop her off, and leave her wondering what she did to deserve this treatment, but then again you probably would. I hope when you get old that your family desert you like you did that precious baby. God bless all the precious animals that had been thrown away like garbage. Hell is too good for those people.
