A Canadian homeopath and naturopath used rabid dog saliva to “treat” a four-year-old little boy misbehaving. According to her blog post, Anke Zimmermann used a diluted form to resolve the child’s aggressive behavior:
“A 4-year-old boy with sleep and behavioural problems, including aggression and violence towards school mates, hiding under tables and growling, improves nicely with a homeopathic remedy made from the saliva of a rabid dog, Lyssinum.”
Zimmermann’s post described a child named Jonah and how he had sleeping issues along with acts of violence, anger and actually growling at people. Jonah also suffered from fears and nightmares about werewolves, wolves, zombies and ghosts. When the child was younger, he had been bitten by a dog, and even though the dog’s bite barely broke the child’s skin on his hand, Zimmermann was sure that was the issue.
“A bite from an animal, with out without rabies vaccination, had the potential to imprint an altered state in the person who was bitten, in some ways similar to a rabies infection. This can include over-excitability, difficulties sleeping, aggression and various fears, especially of dogs or wolves…”
And so came the treatment of rabid dog saliva, and months later, Zimmermann said the mother reported Jonah had made some improvement. She did admit she didn’t know how it worked, and the saliva had been so diluted it wouldn’t contain any trace of the rabies virus.
Under the homeopathy principles, ailments can be cured using similar substances that allegedly produced the disease or its symptoms.
According to Ars Technica, Health Canada approved the rabid-dog treatment, known as Lyssinum . British Columbia provincial health officer Bonnie Henry told The Washington Post on Wednesday that rabies is almost always fatal if not treated:
“There is no evidence that I am aware of that shows Lyssin has any therapeutic benefit,” she said. “More importantly, I am concerned that if a product did actually contain what is suggested, saliva from a rabid dog, that would put the patient at risk of contracting rabies, a serious, fatal illness.”

Well now, I wonder if Bonnie Henry has seen all the rabies vaccine “failures” (I put in quotes only because I’m convinced that in many cases the vaccinations were the CAUSE of the illness to begin with). I’ve saved quite a few of those. And, in addition to the failure to protect, and/or causing the disease, there are the numerous “adverse effects,” which range from cancer and respiratory distress, to behavioral changes (aggression). At least with homeopathy, we know that there are no such side effects. And how many people are aware that studies (including at Harvard) have been done which confirm that Vitamin C is effective in preventing and treating rabies? However, it will be a long fight to stop the poisoning, because the vaccine industry has been growing itself into a gargantuan empire over the last century, and is so huge that it has intertwined itself into governments.
I havent seen such factual errors and such a moronic statement from a person in a long while, misinformed dellusional SCUMBAGS like you should be locked up!
I think it is nuts to risk a child with an unproven “home remedy”. Canada is a forward thinking country, but this is reckless. I hope the child finds help in a safer way.
So, Susipot, did you know that the allegedly “proven” vaccines are admitted (but not openly, due to the profit-motive) to cause immediate death, cancer, auto-immune diseases, allergies, asthma, brain damage, paralysis, seizures (just to name a very few of the most obvious), and are not guaranteed to protect against diseases? Time to start doing some research, and find out who the real enemy is, and where the real dangers lie.
