Bonded odd couple needs a home together

A bonded “odd couple,” is desperate for a home where they can live out their lives together. According to the Forgotten Pet Advocates, the dogs, Mia (boxer) and Rudy (Chihuahua), adore one another and if at all possible, they should be placed in a home together.

The animal welfare group explains:

Although we know the likelihood of them being adopted together is slim, we have to try for their sake. They are precious together and bonded. They do well with other dogs around them also and include them in their activities.

Adding:

Mia is a gem, she is sweet, she is gentle and extremely loving, as is her friend “Rudy”. They are crate and potty trained. Mia is spayed and Rudy is neutered.

  1. Oh Bless their hearts. I hope someone loving comes through for them. I am in the middle of bankruptcy but otherwise I would take them in a heartbeat.

  2. Someone please adopt both of these loving dogs. One is so small that he won’t take up a lot of room and the bigger dog is a mush with his friend. Both dogs will thrive in a home together and will give you the most love you could imagine from a pet. Their bond makes them who they are and deserve to be together in a loving home.

  3. I SINCERELY HOPE someone down there IN Houston Tx. will show some compassion and take these bonded dogs.. or maybe the shelter should call some Dog friendly states (like Denver Colorado) or a nonprofit OUT of STATE group of transport volunteers that will see THESE TWO REALLY do FIND an HOME FOR THEM BOTH!!!
