Can put to sleep at any moment

Ivy Rose, a “sweet girl,” who loves to please, is at risk of being put to sleep at any moment – the six-year-old pit bull has been at the Carson Animal Services facility in Gardena, California, for over 100 days and nobody seems to want to give her a chance.

The volunteer-run Facebook page, Saving Carson Shelter Dogs, had this to say about Ivy Rose:

SWEET IVY knows commands and all she wants to do is please you. She does great with other dogs and she is looking for her Forever Home! now where she can be loved.
Please SHARE, she’s SUCH a good girl She need a FOSTER or ADOPTER NOW.

On Tuesday, the volunteers pleaded, yet again, for someone to save Ivy Rose – who is growing increasingly depressed behind the locked bars of her kennel run:

IVY ROSE has spent over 100 DAYS!! growing more and more depressed but one things she loves is walks. Take a look at how happy she gets when she spends some time with a Volunteer and a toy. She is amazing and she needs out now.

You can help saving Ivy Rose’s life by sharing her adoption information:

Did you know that if you want to get updates from a Facebook page, you have to do more than just “like” it? To get recent postings in your Facebook feed, you must also hover your mouse over the word “following” and then click “see first” from the drop-down menu. You may want to check back with your favorite pages on occasion because Facebook often changes your settings, no longer having your favorites among those to “see first.”

  1. Come on people. What if it was you in his place? Someone can give this girl a home. It’s not that hard to take care of a dog and save s life !!

  2. This dog looks just like our Phoebe who passed away last year. She would rather be with us and be loved and petted than eat. This is a dog that would give more to a family than they could ever give her. Loving dogs are hard to find, and Ivy Rose is right there for her family to find her and take her home.

  3. Ivy-Rose is so beautiful!! I pray someone will come forward an rescue or foster
her!! I wish I could take her but I’m all the in WA state!!
