Some dogs have all the luck – unfortunately, it’s not always good. Such is the case for a puppy named Kona who was recently surrendered by her family to a busy Texas animal shelter. Kona is just nine months of age and already, she has been a homeless shelter pup twice. Seven months ago, when Kona was just a tiny pup at two months of age, she was adopted (her name at the time was Bindy) – but her forever home turned out to be just temporary.

A few words about Kona

On Thursday, the Facebook page SAPA Urgents  & Adoptables wrote:

Kona was recently surrendered and this sweet girl really needs someone to love. She’s not sure how to feel about being here but she does know that she enjoys it when you show her genuine love. She’s very pretty and since she’s already spayed she can go home today! Kona is about 30 lbs and is only 9 months old.

Kona is past her deadline, which means that she is in danger of being put down.

  1. Please stop saying they are surrendered by their ” family ” because obviously not FAMILY. Surrendered by any other word ……. still means getting rid of !!!!!

  2. Kona needs people who will always be there for her whether it be one person or a family. Look at this beautiful dogs face. How can anyone give her up but I imagine never gave the true love she needed. Networking does save these dogs so please do that and post, post, post.

  3. Please protect and help these beautiful babies. Adopt these precious babies to a forever loving home, making sure they will live out their precious lives with their new adopted family and not just thrown to the shit house because these vile and evil sadistic and callous monsters can’t be bothered keepng these precious and innocent
babies. All human species who adopt a precious and innocent animal must have their history and what they have previously adopted making sure they are not the animal torturing monsters who deliberately throw these precious animals out because these vile and evil lowlife animal torturing monsters want to get rid of them. They all must be checked and if an Animal Registration and adoption has been lodged before then these lowlife monsters must not be allowed to adopt another precious and innocent sentient being.

  4. I have sent to my TX Rescue friend. Thanks Eric! They are driving down to get her Sunday. Working on finding a Rescue to tag her. If you can help tag please reach out to me. 478-456-8764. They already have a home for her! ????

This baby has the most pretty face ever!
