Update: Rescued!

An urgent plea has been issued on behalf of a precious dog dubbed “Angel.” The petite pup (just 11 months of age) is adored by shelter volunteers at the Cumberland County Animal Control in North Carolina.

A plea on Angel’s behalf explains:

ANGEL is absolutely the perfect name for this baby as she truly is an angel. This pup is absolutely precious and was so full of love and kisses for us today. She greeted me at the front of her kennel with a happy face and rubbed her little body against the bars begging for pets.

Angel is a small dog – weighing between 20-25 pounds – and she walks well on a leash. All Angel needs right now is her own angel…someone to save her from the unthinkable. According to the Friends of Cumberland County Animal Shelter Pets, the shelter is packed to capacity and every homeless animal is at risk of being put down.

You can help Angel by sharing her adoption information – Petharbor link here.

  1. PLEASE some kind person step up for Angel – she needs to be out of this place and in a forever home ASAP – don’t let them kill her – she is just a pup and will give the person who adopts her unconditional love – something only an animal can do.
