Update on Montclair road rage when tiny dog pulled out of vehicle and thrown 10 feet

In Montclair, New Jersey, a road rage issue was caught on video after the driver of one of the vehicles involved reached for a tiny dog and threw it nearly ten feet onto the sidewalk. At the time the video was released on social media, it could not be determined what happened to the dog, although a woman could be heard screaming:

“The dog is going to die! Oh my God. Oh my God. Why did he do that tho this dog?”

The disturbing video that had been posted online on Sunday evening showed a  a red Honda and a white Toyota stopped on Bloomfield Avenue. The two drivers  argued, and it appeared another person in one of the cars recorded the skirmish as it happened. The man driving the Toyota pushed the other driver who fell. That person then got up, reached into the Toyota and grabbed a small dog which he then threw out onto the sidewalk.

“What’s your f —ing problem?, the first man yelled and he got closer to the other man. He then shoved the other man who fell. “Record that,” could be heard.

The driver of the red Honda sped away as the little dog ran back to the Toyota.

According to TapIntoBloomfield, animal cruelty officials investigating the situation confirm the dog is still alive and suffered no serious injuries. Lt. David O’Dowd of the Montclair Police Department stated authorities have spoken to both drivers and added that neither driver will be charged or issued summonses in this matter. Possible animal cruelty charges still remain on the table.

“They were both given details about how they can file charges against the other, if they choose to do so,” stated Lt. O’Dowd.

It is likely the person who threw the dog may be brought up on charges. The New Jersey SPCA and Montclair Township Animal Shelters continue to investigate.

The POS that threw the dog needs to have the same done to him. Maybe it would knock some sense into his stupid head. Karma!!!!

I can’t understand why they wouldn’t charge the POS who threw the dog. It isn’t his fault the dog survived: in fact, had he had his way at the moment he threw him, the dog would have died upon impact. That certainly sounds like animal cruelty to me.

With this kind of temper, if the dog had been a baby, he probably would have done the exact same thing.

F*ck the both of them: As “mature” adults, they can have at each other all they want….

BUT BURY THAT ANIMAL ABUSER UNDER A MOUNTAIN OF CHARGES for harming an innocent companion. who had NOTHING to do with their testosterone-driven road rage insanity!

They do things like this because they KNOW they won’t be held accountable, and if they are, it won’t be anything of confluence..There needs to be SERIOUS charges brought against the POS that grabbed the dog and threw him. Who’s to say that the next dog he grabs will fare as well. .

WHY in the hell were charges not filed immediately? Animals just can’t continue to be treated this way by abusers. Teach them a damn strong lesson . Authorities make the escalation of animal cruelty worse by doing nothing about it!
