A silly pup, said to be “quite pleased with himself,” managed to herd a flock of sheep into his owner’s house last week. According to The Sun, Rocky, a young border collie, took advantage of an open gate and went to work to get nine sheep into his owner’s house.
Rosalyn Edwards was shocked to find the sheep standing inside of her home. Edwards described the moment she realized what had happened, “I was in the kitchen and heard a noise. I turned around and the sheep were just standing there. There were about nine of them.” Suffice to say, the sheep left a sizable mess inside of the family’s home – from mud and “wee,” to a bit of stinky poo.
Rocky is just seven months of age and he apparently needs a bit more training to get his herding duties down pat. Next time Rocky, next time you’ll get it right.

He knew what he was doing
now, that’s funny.
“Just doin’ my job, Mim.” LOL
Mom, not Mim. Duh.
Oh my gosh! The owner must have had her mouth open in shock, not to mention the noise and odor created by these sheep. This dog will be a good herder with just a tad bit more practice getting the sheep to go into the right enclosure. Nice to read humorous stories about animals.
Good intentions. I love that face.
He brought them home for dinner, theirs or his !!! Ha
Lmao.
Border Collies are born to work sheep, and other animals. The ability and desire to herd comes naturally to them, but they usually need some training.
