A scared dog, just over two years of age, is out of time at the Carson Animal Services animal control facility in Gardena, California. The dog, named “Buttercup,” is obviously distraught over her current circumstances – her fear and confusion can clearly be seen in her beautiful golden eyes.

Buttercup has been without a real home since June 27 – she has been enduring a lonely kennel run, and the stressful sounds from barking dogs, for weeks and it is taking a toll. On Tuesday, the following information was posted by the Facebook page, Saving Carson Shelter Dogs:

She finally had her TEMP TEST And scored a B! A5083395-Buttercup is a 2 year old, tan and white, spayed female, Pit Bull dog and has been at the Carson animal care center since 06/27/17. Buttercup passed her behavior assessment with a “B” and may require specialized homes with adults only and possibly no other pets.

Adding:

Management has reached out to Rescues and networkers asking for help to get BUTTERCUP into a home! She did great on her TEMP TEST, scored a B and she needs out now. She can be PTS at ANYTIME.. she has been in the Shelter 84 DAYS and they want her OUT! Please SHARE, she CAN GO HOME TODAY!

Please share Buttercup’s adoption information:

  1. OMG the look in her eyes you can see that she is scared and needs and wants to get out of there and have a new owner.
Surely there is somebody who will adopt her and safe her life and be her new owner.
Come on people somebody adopt her i would if i was living in America but i don’t i live in Western Australia

  2. PLEASE!! Buttercup is only two years old and is a perfect candidate for adoption – she is spayed and one look in those beautiful eyes tells you that you will never regret giving her a forever home – some kind compassionate person step up for her.
