Poor Wally; talk about having some bad luck. Still as sweet as can be, on Friday this boy could be taking his last breath as the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter plan to euthanize him at the end of the day if he doesn’t have a foster or adopter. Sadly, he arrived at the shelter with a painful liquid burn down his back and behind his head. Although he was in terrible pain, his kind disposition never wavered. And as if he hadn’t gone through enough pain in his short life, at the end of the working day, Wally will die.

Click here for Wally’s Pet Harbor listing. “I am described as a male, brown brindle Labrador Retriever and Rhodesian Ridgeback. The shelter thinks I am about 2 years old. I have been at the shelter since Aug 23, 2017 and I am available for adoption now!

Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:

Wally arrived at the shelter with the burn down his head and back. Veterinarians think he may have been treated with a generic flea and tick treatment or possibly a “homemade” remedy. Share this boy’s plight with friends, family, social media contacts and approved rescue organizations. This dog is running out of options, and he is depending on the rescue community to see tomorrow.
