People drove by neglected dog on highway until a Good Samaritan stopped

People drove by the young, terribly neglected dog on a busy highway in Southern California, but no one stopped to help – that is until a Good Samaritan turned around, stopped her car and wrapped the injured one-year-old dog in a sheet and brought her to safety.

Animal shelter volunteer Andrea Neyses is sharing Miracle’s story; a young dog so sweet and loving, despite what appears to have been a case of horrible neglect and cruelty.  She describes a dog so grateful for a soft human touch; a dog who knows she was rescued. Andrea’s message also is asking for the public’s help reporting animal cruelty:

“Miracle had gotten away from a horrible home of neglect who allowed her to get in this condition in her short 1 year old life. Miracle is full of sores, cuts and mange? Yet shes so sweet and loving , grateful of touch. If you know someone doing this , a neighbor and you don’t report it , just do please?? This is cruel and no reason…I pray her terrible owners don’t come for her,” Andrea stated on her Facebook page after posting the dog’s heartbreaking photos.

Sickening!!! How could people walk and / or drive by when they saw the dog in this condition?

Under all of that neglect is a GORGEOUS dog who deserves so much love! People really disgust me. Hope the former owner is found and charged.

Thanks so much to the good Samaritan who stopped to help this pup. We are grateful to people like this who have saved the lives of countless neglected and unwanted dogs caste off on the side of the rode. Miracle as her name says, will have a good life in a loving home. Looks like a very sweet, loving dog who will fit into any family. Just needs time to acclimate to her new surroundings.

YES A lot of people just do not care’ and it is horrible the way they treat animals . Did you know that in Japan they have a dog festival ? They bring in several semi truckloads of dogs and boil them alive !!! How awfull !!!

With care she will clear up in just a short while. She will be beautiful in and out. She is prime example of an animal with gratitude and will make some family a wonderful family member. She will thrive on love, some good nutrition and decency in her life for once. Got room? Look at her face. Melting yet? I did but she will outlive me so it wouldn’t be fair.

GIANT THANK YOU to the kind compassionate lady who stopped to help this poor animal – Miracle needs a safe loving home and if these hunks of maggot shit who owned, neglected and abused her show up at San Bernardino shelter to try to claim they should be arrested on the spot. PLEASE San Bernardino does not have a good reputation for helping animals find good homes, it seems the only ones who really care are the volunteers – PLEASE some kind compassionate person step up and save Miracle, you will never regret it.
