Neglected stray

Neglected stray – nobody has come to take him home

A sad, neglected stray is being held at the Baldwin Park Animal Services facility in California – the dog, whose name is unknown, as been at the shelter since April 1. More than likely, this three-year-old Sharpei had an owner, but whoever that person is failed to arrive to claim him as their own.

Judging by the dog’s neglected body, his former home was not stellar. On April 3, a woman who volunteers her time photographing homeless dogs at the shelter wrote:

3 yr old male white Chinese Sharpei came to the shelter as a stray on 4/1/17. available 4/5/17. My heart breaks for this boy – he’s not in good condition. His back looks like he had tons of ticks removed. Feet look swollen.

Please help this boy find a new family who will care for him properly, and shower him with unconditional love. Adoption information:

Poor baby. The marks on his back look like old bite marks and his legs look as though they’d been chewed on. He so cautious I can’t say I don’t blame him. Positive thoughts in hopes of him getting a loving home.

How sad. Most likely abandoned by his owner. I hope he finds a loving home that will give him unconditional love. If nothing else, I hope a rescue takes him. This young dog should not die!

Thank something that his abusive neglectful owner didn’t pick him up. They need to be charged. Surely a rescue org could take this poor fellow & clean him up, give him pain meds & check his teeth as he looks likes he is having trouble chewing. Please please someone with a good compassionate heart look after him. He is so sweet.

Yes, it’s very sad. Don’t just comment and move onto another page. Please help save his life by sharing his Facebook page on your wall and ask your friends to do the same. It only takes a couple of minutes and you could help find his perfect family.

OK , SOMEONE IN THIS STATE NEEDS TO HAVE A HEART AND GO GET THIS POOR DOG. I HAVE 10 RESCUES AND CAN NOT TAKE ANYMORE. EVEN IF I COULD , I LIVE IN MARYLAND ! I HAVE RESCUES FROM GA, TN, AL, NC, VA AND PA. IF YOU HAVE 1 OR 2 DOGS, STEP UP. RESCUE ANOTHER ! OR FOSTER. JUST TILL THE POOR DOG FINDS A REAL HOME. WE ARE MURDERING TOO MANY HELPLESS ABUSED DOGS IN THESE SHELTERS AND ITS DISGUSTING !!! IF THE SHELTERS CAN’T KEEP THESE DOGS SAFE, WHO WILL ? ITS THEIR JOB TO KEEP THEM FROM HARM..AND THEY ARE NOT !!! IF YOU LOVE DOGS PLEASE TAKE IN ANOTHER DESERVING SOUL. YOU WILL NEVER BE SORRY ! BUT WHEN THEY KILL THEM AND PUT THEM IN THOSE BLACK CADAVER BAGS…….THEN, ITS TOO DAMN LATE.
